Swine flew over the cuckoo’s nest

What this place’s infested with:
1) Tourists (Flying about)
2) Swine (Complaining... probably)
3) Tourist swine (Flying about and complaining)

What this place isn’t infested with:
1) Decent medical infrastructure
2) Does anything else really matter?

So, basically… I’m shittin in my pants… but then considering I’m in the cuckoo’s nest, this seems to be fairly acceptable behavior and not symptoms of the "flew".
